Common questions
A memory is transcribed or dated wrongly
Open the passage in the book and correct it, or answer the detail request. The original voice stays attached to the passage.
Inviting family
In the book, open "Members" and share the invitation link. Guests read and contribute for free.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. In the app, "Restore purchases" recovers an existing subscription.
Exporting or deleting my data
From Account: full export (archive sent by e-mail), deletion of a book or of the account. Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription.

Use "Report" on the passage concerned, or write to us.
